Adoption Process

I tend not to answer my phone if I don't know who it is, so just leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I do have a requirement that we meet at least by phone, if not in person, so that I can be assured you are aware of the responsibilities and requirements of adding a new puppy to your family.

Deposit - $500 is required to reserve your puppy. See below for "Future Puppy Reservation" and "Puppy & Health Guarantee" contracts.

Pick of the Litter is determined by the order in which your deposit is received. Updated pictures are sent after you have chosen your puppy so you can watch them grow. I will also update my FB page with lots of pictures and videos.

Visits - After the puppies have received their first vaccines, you are welcome to schedule visits!

Pickup - Your Puppy will be ready for their new home after turning 8 weeks old, have been evaluated by our veterinarian and received all age appropriate vaccines. At this time they will be issued a Florida Health Certificate.

Your "Puppy Going Home" bag will be full of things to make your puppy's transition as smooth as possible. Your puppy will have a Heart Beat Puppy and Blanket that will have their littermate's and mother's scent. There will also be several toys, a starter pack of Purina ProPlan (small breed) Puppy food as well as Stella and Chewy's Puppy food sample and puppy treats. I will provide lots of useful information along with your AKC registration packet and your Puppy's Florida Health Certificate.

Fees & Contracts

When you decide you are ready to commit yourself to a future puppy, these contracts are used to protect both buyer and breeder.

The first contract is for those wanting to reserve a puppy ahead of time and establish "Pick of Litter" status. This could be important to those that may be wanting a female as they seem to be picked first.

Fees are $2200 for Males and $2400 for Females.
